Is the free demo really free?
Yes — 100% free. We build a real, working demo of your website on our staging site at no cost and no obligation. You only pay if you love it and decide to take it live. If you don't, you owe nothing.
What's the catch?
No catch. We're confident that once you see your business built into a real website, you'll want it live — so we're happy to show you first. If it's not for you, you simply walk away. We've shown you what we can do, and there's no hard feelings and no invoice.
When and how do I pay?
Only after you approve your demo. To go live it's a single payment of RM1,500 — that covers your website, domain, hosting, SSL, business email and setup for year one. Nothing is due before you've seen and approved your site.
What do I get for the RM1,500?
Everything to get you online for year one: your website (up to 3 pages), domain registration, hosting, SSL, one business email, WhatsApp + contact form, and basic SEO/Google setup. The only things outside the price are year-two renewals and any optional add-ons you choose.
What happens after the first year?
Your domain and hosting are included for year one. From year two, it's RM700/year to keep everything running — and that's more than just hosting. It's a full care plan: fast secure hosting with SSL, ongoing maintenance and updates, regular backups, uptime monitoring, and direct support whenever you need a hand or a small change to your site. Your domain renews separately at RM100/year for a .com (or RM200/year for a .my / .com.my). We tell you these exact figures upfront before you go live, so there are never surprise charges. You're free to renew with us, upgrade, or take your site elsewhere.
Why RM700/year — isn't hosting cheaper elsewhere?
Raw hosting on its own is cheap — but then you own every headache: renewals, SSL, security patches, backups, downtime, and any tweak or fix your site needs. The RM700/year keeps all of that off your plate. You're not paying for a server, you're paying so your website stays live, secure, up to date, and handled — with a real person to message when you need something. Most owners find that peace of mind is worth far more than the difference.
